Millennial Mountains

If you were born between the years 1981 and 1996, then you are considered a millennial. The term was coined in 1987 by two authors trying to categorize the children born in the 80's who would come into adulthood at the turn of the century.

The millennial generation is like no other. The proliferation of the internet, the horrors of 9/11, and one of America's greatest financial crises all happened before most millennials turned 25. These events created a unique set of challenges that have set nearly 95 million millennials on their heads. And yet, instead of trying to understand millennials, many pundits have simply denigrated the generation as a mere lazy and entitled group of "special snowflakes" who will never know how to fully function in society.

Well, fellow snowflakes, we absolutely reject that categorization. And so should you.

This is a website by millennials for millennials. Our goal and mission is to help liberate our generation. To get free of the financial shackles unique to our age group. To help people rethink their lives in a way different from how society has designed it. In short, to help people gain ownership over themselves, their time, and their futures.

Of course, it won't be easy. It hasn't been easy for us. Our journey is a daily battle.

But we're committed to getting our freedom and helping our generation rethink the entire way it operates, one reader or listener at a time.
